Champions Manor Hall is the location of the South Woodham Ferrers Banking Hub.

This is currently operated completely by Barclays and the Town Council have no direct involvement with banking activities.

They operate Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only. Not Bank Holidays.

9:30am to 4:30pm Monday and Wednesday, 9:30 to 4:00 pm Friday

CLOSED for lunch between 12:30 to 1:00pm*

You can book an appointment to see them, these are at 11:00 am and 2:00pm., or just come along and wait. Pre-booked appointments take priority. The staff member who operates the hub, is likely to be known to those who previously used the bank in the town centre. Other staff will cover for absences.

The hub is in the first floor Meeting Room, which can be accessed by the stairs or a lift. Please knock on the door and wait to be greeted. There is a waiting area with seating and air conditioning. Parking is available in the car park and has 2 disabled parking spaces. Bus 336 and 94 both operate along Hullbridge Road. 

The staff are there to assist with issues, general enquires, help you with ‘in phone apps’.

They cannot deal with cash transactions or cheques or print off any information such as statements. Paying in can be done via a local post office branch, or you can search the Barclays website for details of full branches. 

Please do not contact the Town Hall, as we cannot put a call through to the room they are in or take messages. We can also not take any post or written correspondence.
