The Finance and Projects Committee takes an overall view of the Council and its activities, reviewing aims and objectives. It has a responsibility for reviewing and monitoring the Council’s finances. The Committee also reviews the Council’s assets, oversees budgets and the towns precept each year, manages the Grants Scheme and monitors, reviews and implements relevant policies and procedures which are recommended to full Council.
