Chelmsford City Council (CCC) is sort local views on the proposed Masterplan for the Land North of South Woodham Ferrers, which had been allocated for development in the recently adopted Chelmsford Local Plan as Policy SGS10.  The Town Council's Masterplan committee reviewed this document and held online meetings to obtain the views of the residents of South Woodham Ferrers to ensure that you are represented.  The Masterplan Committee met on 22nd July 2020 and the attached comments were agreed and submitted to Chelmsford City Council.  A copy of the Town Council comments can be viewed below:
