Work has commenced on a section of the John Cox fields, formally a BMX track. The works being carried out on behalf of the Town Council by a contractor, will take a number of weeks to complete. The improvements will including, improving access, tidying the site, removing some vegetation and bringing in a new link from Dovercourt meadow on to Marsh Farm improving the walking and nature environment.
