Our Mayor attended both the Beacon Lighting and the Seniors Sing-along event during May 2025. In this photo(left to right) Cllr Barnet, Cllr Sherlock, Cllr Kelly and our Mayor Cllr Shearring.

Our Mayor would like to thank all those involved, including Cllr Lisa Kelly who took a lead on the organisation of the event, fellow councillors, volunteers and staff as well as great entertainers from singers to our local ukulele band. Thank you all!

Our Main Hall was busy with those who sang along and some even danced! It is great to see our seniors enjoying themselves. Lots of Tea, Coffee and cakes were consumed.
