Tree giveaway

We're pleased to announce our tree giveaway is returning, and opens to Chelmsford residents from 6 October to 6 November!

The giveaway is part of our 'Space to thrive' initiative which aims to help combat the climate emergency. As well as mitigating climate change by capturing and storing carbon, these trees will also help lower the temperature, clean our air and boost biodiversity across the district.

One tree whip can be reserved per resident and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Reserved trees can be collected on 27 November from Compass Gardens, 28 November from Melbourne Park and 29 November from Bell Meadow.
