Deputy Mayor Attends Macmillan Tea Party at Maldon Town Hall

The Deputy Mayor of Maldon, Cllr. Lisa Kelly, attended the Maldon Mayor's Tea Party in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support on Friday 25 September 2026 at 10:00am at Maldon Town Hall.

The tea party brought together members of the local community to support the vital work of Macmillan Cancer Support, raising awareness and funds for people affected by cancer. Guests enjoyed refreshments and the opportunity to come together for a worthwhile cause.

Cllr. Kelly was pleased to support the event and commend the efforts of all those involved in organising the tea party. Community fundraising events such as this play an important role in helping charities continue to provide essential services and support to individuals and families facing cancer.

The Deputy Mayor thanked the organisers, volunteers and attendees for their generosity and commitment, helping to make the morning a successful and meaningful occasion.
