Community Transport User & Awareness Survey 2026.

Essex County Council is inviting residents, carers, volunteers and Community Transport users to take part in the Community Transport User & Awareness Survey 2026, now open until 30 October 2026.

The survey is designed to help the Council understand how people use Community Transport, how aware they are of local services, what barriers they face, and how these services support independence and wellbeing.

By completing the survey, participants can share their experiences, highlight unmet transport needs, and help inform future improvements across Essex.

Essex County Council encourages organisations and community groups to continue sharing the survey through websites, newsletters, social media, community venues and local networks so more residents can take part.
